After having my regular browse round Boots I discovered a new (to me!) range of makeup named My Face Cosmetics. I was immediately drawn to the shelves as, on each shelf, they had makeup for fair, medium and dark toned skin! Perfect! Blushers, Lipsticks, powders etc to suit your skin tone on each shelf! Easy!
I would have loved to have bought everything on the 'fair' shelf but I managed to contain myself (and my coins in my purse) and came away with a couple of items to try out.I was after a new lipstick but sometimes find it difficult to get the right colour for my pale complexion. I found 'Vintage Pink' which is a nude, pinkish, brown tone which is natural and gives the face a warm glow. (152)
I also purchased face powder from the fair collection just named 'Fair' and it's so pale which is perfect as I find it doesn't distort the colour of my foundation and stays put all day! I really liked the packaging with a decent sized mirror for those minor touch-ups!
I can't say this range is budget price as both the lipstick and powder cost £9.99 each but I find it is definately worth the money and will be buying these again!You can check out their website at myfacecosmetics.com.
